Nejra Pinjo

Nejra Pinjo has been part of the Pegasos team since 2013 and is one of the key contributors to the development and ongoing support of the therapeutic riding program. Over the years, her work has focused on program structure, quality implementation, and maintaining high standards in working with both participants and horses.

She began riding at the age of 8 at a small center called “Dapple Gray,” where she spent 14 years volunteering. During that time, she built a strong foundation in working with horses and developed a long-term commitment to the field.

In 2018, Nejra continued her professional education in the United States. After six months of intensive training through the Instructor Training Course program and the CHA Certification Clinic (Certified Horsemanship Association), as well as hands-on experience at High Hopes Therapeutic Riding Center, she earned her certification as a CHA Certified Riding Instructor.

Today, Nejra is primarily involved in the therapeutic program through her expert support, relying on her knowledge, experience, and structured approach to working with both horses and participants. She is recognized for her calmness, focus, and ability to approach each situation with clarity and organization.

Although she is not involved in the daily delivery of sessions, her contribution remains an important part of maintaining the quality and continuity of the Pegasos therapeutic program.
