Arnela Kadrispahić is one of the younger instructors at the Pegasos Center, having progressed through all stages within the program, from a riding school student to an active member of the team.
She began her journey as a rider in the riding school, where she quickly stood out for her dedication, work ethic, and sense of responsibility. She continued her involvement as a volunteer and later as a club member, gradually taking on more responsibility in working with both horses and riders.
In the earlier stages of her work, she was particularly involved in working with the youngest riders in the arena, where she gained valuable experience in guiding children through their first interactions with horses. Today, she works as a riding instructor, leading lessons for children and recreational riders, while also developing her own competitive path within the club.
She is known for her discipline, commitment, and responsibility, which she consistently brings into her work with riders. Her positive attitude and approachable nature contribute to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, especially in her work with children.
