Emina Bilalović

Emina Bilalović is a long-standing member of the Pegasos team and currently serves on the Board, contributing to the development of programs and providing strategic support to the center.

Her equestrian experience is primarily rooted in dressage, one of the most demanding and precise disciplines in the equestrian world. Over the years, she has completed various trainings and riding schools, including time spent in French equestrian centers, where she further developed her knowledge and approach to working with horses.

An important part of her experience comes from many years of caring for her own horse, Brna, which gave her a deeper understanding of the relationship between horse and rider through daily responsibility and hands-on work.

In addition to her work with horses, Emina has been actively involved in volunteering with children through camps organized under the sponsorship of the American organization “Global Children Organisation”. This experience contributes to her understanding of working with young people and team dynamics in an educational setting.

Although she is not currently involved in the daily operations of the center, Emina remains an important part of the Pegasos story through her experience, long-term involvement, and continued support of the team.
