Tanja Đozo is a co-founder of Pegasos Center and a key figure in its daily operations and the development of its recreational programs. Her role includes overall operational management, team coordination, planning and organizing activities, as well as direct communication with clients and partners.
With a degree in Economics, specializing in Marketing Management, Tanja has built a diverse professional background that combines sport, working with people, and project management. As a long-time athlete and instructor in karate and swimming, she developed discipline, structure, and a strong understanding of working with children and young people, which today forms the foundation of her approach.
Her professional journey began with the founding of the outdoor and mountaineering club NO LIMIT, where she developed programs focused on outdoor sports, hiking, and education. She further expanded her experience through work with the Mountain Rescue Service and specialized training in France, where she obtained certification in GRIMP techniques for rescue operations in vertical and high-risk environments, as well as training as a mountain guide instructor and water rescuer.
She was first introduced to horseback riding through the “Land of Friendship and Peace” foundation, and later continued to develop her knowledge through education in natural horsemanship, including training and time spent in the United States, as well as through years of hands-on work with horses at Pegasos Center.
Today, Tanja is responsible for organizing and coordinating all recreational activities, including the riding school, camps, excursions, and the overall daily schedule of the center. Her role focuses on connecting all aspects of the center’s work into a functional and well-structured system, while maintaining continuous communication with the team, clients, and partners.
She is recognized for her calmness, clear communication, and ability to manage complex operations with ease. Her passion for horses, nature, and sport, combined with a strong sense for working with people, makes her a central figure in shaping the overall experience Pegasos provides.
