We are proud to announce that Pegasos Equestrian Club will be hosting the Sarajevo City Championship 2024 and the 1st Round of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup in Dressage. This event will be held under the auspices of the Federation of Equestrian Organizations of Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 1, 2024, at the Pegasos Equestrian Recreation Center, starting at 10:30 AM.
Dressage is an Olympic discipline that requires a high level of precision, control, and harmony between horse and rider. Competitors perform predetermined figures in the arena, showcasing the horse’s balance, flexibility, and obedience. Judges evaluate performances based on the accuracy of execution, elegance, and the communication between rider and horse. Competitors must demonstrate exceptional riding skills and a deep understanding of the horse. Judges assess each movement according to strict standards, considering technical precision, fluidity, and overall presentation.
