Emin Muratović was one of the founders of the Pegasos Center and the long-standing President of the Equestrian Club, whose work left a strong and lasting impact on the development of equestrian sport in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As a professor of sport, he dedicated his knowledge and energy to working with young athletes, developing riders, and raising the overall quality of equestrian sport. Through many years of work, he became one of the key figures in building and shaping generations of riders in Bosnia and Herzegovina, significantly contributing to the growth and advancement of the sport.
He began his journey in equestrian sport through the “Land of Peace and Friendship” foundation, where he started his professional path and trained one of the largest generations of competitive riders in the country.
As part of his professional development, he continued his education in France, where he refined his natural talent with advanced riding and coaching knowledge across multiple Olympic equestrian disciplines. His education was completed with the French national Galop 6 diploma.
In his daily work, he was fully dedicated to both horses and riders. Equally involved in training, competition preparation, and horse care, he consistently worked to bring out the best in every rider and every horse.
Emin passed away in November 2025, but his influence on equestrian sport in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the knowledge and values he built, remain deeply embedded in the Pegasos Center and in the generations of riders he trained.
