Ejna Malagić joined the Pegasos Center a few years ago after returning from Germany, where she began her riding journey and gained her first serious experience working with horses, including caring for her own horse.
Upon returning to Bosnia and Herzegovina, she chose to continue her development at Pegasos, where she progressed quickly through dedication, discipline, and consistent training. Today, she is an active dressage competitor and a member of the center’s sport team.
In 2025, she was officially recognized as the most successful senior dressage rider in Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Equestrian Federation. Her results are consistently at the highest level, with regular first-place finishes and gold medals.
Alongside her competitive career, Ejna works as a riding instructor, leading lessons for recreational riders and supporting the development of younger members of the club. Her experience and structured approach allow riders to progress steadily, regardless of their level.
She is known as the most demanding instructor on the team, with a clear focus on discipline, commitment, and a serious approach to training. She expects effort and responsibility from her riders, and this approach consistently leads to strong, long-term results.
